Head Veterinary Nurse | Up to £36k plus Relocation Package!

My client is seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and supportive team. This role involves working closely with the Practice Manager and Clinical Directors to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Responsibilities include managing the nursing team, overseeing rotas, facilitating development through CPD, conducting performance reviews, and aiding in clinical audits and practice standards enhancements. Additionally, this role offers a dedicated half-day for administrative tasks, allowing focused attention away from clinical duties.

The Role

• 36-40 hours, with the possibility of a 4-day week
• Monday to Friday – hours will vary between 8am- 7.30pm
• 1 in 4 weekends or less
• No OOH or Sundays
• 6.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)

Salary and Benefits

• Up to £36,000 depending on experience
• Welcome bonus up to £2000 and relocation allowance up to £2000
