Equine Vet or Equine / Large Animal Vet

We are currently seeking an experienced Equine Vet or Equine/Large Animal Vet (camelid / small holding farm animals / goats) for an independent multi-site practice based in Suffolk.

The practice is fully equipped, including SA CT, Physios, hydro pools and tanks, grooming lounges, agility, dog trainers, etc.

You will join a team of 25+ vets (several have specialist areas) and 35+ nurses.

The Role

• Full-time permanent position
• 20 – 41 hours a week – but this is flexible
• 1 night duty per week – nurses take OOH calls and are on site (so only emergency calls for the vets)
• 2 weekends in 6 and 4 days off in lieu (08.30 – 18.30 weekend days)
• Some out of hours cover may be required and, in return, you will be offered good rates and a vehicle will be supplied
• Accommodation is available if required
