Director of Clinical Services – Dundee

We are looking for an experienced Vet to continue to take our client’s practice from strength to strength.

The Role + Responsibilities

You will play a fundamental part in this, both through structured 1:1s and team meetings, and informally in your day-to-day work

• Role can be full, or part time and we are open to discussion regarding hours and flexibility
• You will need to be confident working sole charge
• You will have the clinical freedom to build on your own interests
• Salary up to £65,000

Some of your responsibilities are:

• Lead and manage the clinical team to promote clinical excellence and continuous improvement
• Support accreditation of the practice through the RCVS practice standards scheme
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver the high-quality service
• Role model and promote collaborative and productive relationships amongst colleagues
