Deputy Head Nurse/ Clinical Coach- South London (SH-22576)

We are seeking a Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse to join our clients 24-Hour Hospital in South London.

• Hours: 40 per week with 1:6 weekends

You’ll take pride in the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care, encouraging a progressive clinical culture.

You’ll work closely with the practice leadership team, as well as our wider teams to ensure the general smooth running of the hospital.

As a Clinical Coach, you will develop and support SVNs and Patient Care Assistants as well as taking action to create a positive environment that results in stable retention for the branch.

This 24-Hour busy hospital is made up of  a team of six vets plus a dedicated night team who manage all out-of-hour care for the regions surrounding branches. We also have a wonderful Practice Manager and nursing team!

The practice is equipped with digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, gastroscope, bronchoscope, laparoscopy, orthopaedic equipment, ultrasound as our machinery plus a wide array of more emergency equipment, with CT suite due to be built in the near future! The practice is situated in a quiet, leafy residential area with excellent train and tram links including Thameslink, Southeastern, and Southern Train Lines.  Staff parking available
