Deputy Clinical Director- South East London (SH21872)

Our lovely independent clients based in South East London are seeking a Deputy Clinical Director to join the team.

• 4 days per week
• 10 hour day
• 1/4 weekends
• 30 days holiday
• Salary up to 90k

We are looking for a candidate who wants to progress in their career, ideally with a post-graduate qualification in feline medicine or small animal medicine, you will be skilled in internal medicine as you will have an interesting and varied caseload of your own to manage. Experience with abdominal ultrasound would be expected and additional skills in echocardiography and endoscopy would be great but aren’t essential and training will be provided. You will also be responsible for bringing a progressive view of clinical standards to support our veterinary team’s professional development, will co-lead clinical review meetings and help shape clinical protocols for our future success as a centre of clinical excellence.  You will be encouraged to be the vet you want to be with support if you wish to further your skills and experience.

There is a wide range of equipment available at the practice, including:

– Flexible and rigid endoscopes/otoscopes

– Mini-laparoscopy kit

– Digital X-ray / Dental X-ray

– Ultrasound with multi-frequency curvilinear, linear and phased array probes for abdominal and thoracic / cardiac imaging.
