Consult Nurse – Northampton

Our client is open to a flexible way of working – you can choose shift times and working patterns to suit your needs/ life outside of work. They can offer a part time or full time role to applicants, and are open to it being a job-share role. Term time only or annualised hour’s contracts available. The ideal candidate would be required to undertake some weekend work.

The role involves:

• Schedule 3 consults e.g. Cryo surgery, euthanasia’s, minor procedures
• Vaccines
• Monthly medicated injections
• Medication checks
• Long term medical case care e.g. diabetics, arthritis clinics etc.
• Blood tests
• Reporting results
• Surgery aftercare
• Wound clinics
• Puppy/kitten appointments
• Triages

Their appointments are 15 minutes but we do double up on more complex and extensive consults.
