Clinical Lead – Northampton

We are looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join our client’s team in Northampton to fulfill the role of Clinical Lead.

About The Role

• You will support building a vet team recruiting from all levels of experience using your knowledge and experience to shape a forward thinking clinical team.
• You will also develop existing clinical protocols and ensure the day-to-day running of the practice goes smoothly.
• You’ll need the confidence to take charge.
• You’ll also use your excellent consultation skills, and approachable style to build relationships with patients
• This is full time role with a flexible rota and no OOH.
• Salary circa £70,000
