3rd Year Student Veterinary Nurse / Registered Veterinary Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse or an experienced Student Veterinary Nurse to join an excellent team in Hertfordshire area.

You will join a is a busy small animal first opinion practice which offers a wide range of complex diagnostic equipment and treatment options including endoscopy, laser, ultrasound, as well as access to laparoscopic spays, MRI and CT imaging.

The clinic has a good surgical and medical caseload, which will enable you to develop your nursing skills fully. You will be supported by a large team of nursing staff including RVNs, SVNs and Patient Care Assistants.

Skills and Experience

• You must be a Veterinary Nurse who is registered with the RCVS
• Alternatively, you must be an experienced third year Student Veterinary Nurse who is already enrolled in college

Previous experience working in a small animal practice is required.

The Role

• Full-time permanent position
• 8-hour shifts covering 40-43 hours per week (depending on your qualification status)
• 1:4 full weekends
