Veterinary Surgeon- Brighton- (SH-22212)

Our clients are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Vet Surgeon to join their independent small animal team on a permanent basis!

• Full time/ permanent role
• 4-day week rota
• 1:5 weekend with TOIL
• 6 weeks holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays
• Salary dependent on experience

Working as part of the day team, and joining the 3 other vets on rotations of Consulting and operating.

The site has a range of high-technical equipment, including ultrasound, x-ray, and in-house laboratory. We have dedicated cat and dog wards, as well as separate clean and dirty theatres, with a fantastic nursing and support team to work alongside. The branch also has the opportunity to refer emergency cases to the main hospital in Brighton that has certificate holders, including referral services for orthopaedics, ophthalmology, advanced imaging, and exotics. We run an OOH team alongside our day team at the hospital. We are committed to continuing the further development of our team members, with ample opportunity for learning and development through dedicated in-house and external CP.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years+ UK experience. We are looking for a good all-round GP Veterinary surgeon, and you will be covering all routine first opinion small animal work with consults and ops where required. You must be able to cover the basic surgeries.
