Veterinary Surgeon – Farnham

We are looking for a veterinary surgeon to join our client’s team based in Farnham.

About The Role 

The role involves consulting and operating in a friendly supportive environment. Our client strives to work up cases to a high standard and provide clients with the best care. The rota allows one regular day off a week and no out of hours. There is a 1 in 4 Saturday morning duty from 8.30-1pm at a sister Surgery.

Ideally the candidate needs to be confident with routine surgical procedures and basic ultrasounds and have excellent communication and people skills and enjoy the variety and diversity of small animal practice. Our client requires the candidate to have experience in small animal practice and be able to work up cases to provide a high standard of care.

About The Practice

Our client has a well equipped surgery with full Idexx lab, ultrasound machine, monitoring equipment, digital x-rays, dental x-rays, tonopen and k-laser. The practice is located in a beautiful part of Surrey with quick connections to London and the South Coast. The team consists of 3 full time vets and 2 part time vets supported by a fabulous team of fully qualified nurses. Also they have 2 trainee nurses, a VCA and a reception team.
