One of our long-standing clients based in North Yorkshire are looking for a new Registered Veterinary Nurse or Final Year Nursing student to join their experienced team in Harrogate. This is an increasingly unique practice which is fully committed to independent ownership providing them with the flexibility to deliver the high standard of patient and client care that they want to each and every day.
This would be a full-time position in their small animal department, which is based at their RCVS accredited Hospital. Applications are welcome from all levels of experience, though a final year veterinary nursing student would suit this position particularly well. The role will involve all aspects of veterinary nursing (medical, surgical and practice nursing) and includes an equal share of weekends and OOH duties.
Salary commensurate with experience

You would be joining an amazing team of 15 FTE nurses, supporting their 14 small animal vets. They have a wealth of experience throughout the team, including certificate holders in medical nursing, surgery and nutrition. Their Vets include Advanced Practitioners in medicine, surgery, dermatology, general practice and ophthalmology. They encourage and fund personal development and are always helping employees expanding their skillset.
They are well-equipped with digital x-ray, fully integrated internal lab facilities, video endoscopy, CT scanners, visiting MRI and separate dog, cat isolation facilities.
